I just got done lifting in my backyard with two helicopters circling overhead and sirens going off for the last hour. Turns out Phoenix police just shot someone a couple blocks over. Trying to do kettlebell lunges with helicopter noise overhead is very annoying.

I had the engine off but the key in the on position waiting for my kids to get out of school. The Jeep is running good for now.

Just to rub salt in everyone’s frozen wounds, my oldest asked me to turn the AC on when she got in the Jeep.
